Give yourself a day to RESTORE

April 25, 2026 from 10 AM-4 PM | Minneapolis Yoga Studio, 2836 Lyndale Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55408

Feeling the pressure and stress of the last few months? Looking for a way to connect with others? Join us for RESTORE, a short, intentional pause facilitated by Dr. Caroline Cochran and Ahndi Fridell.

This mini-retreat is an opportunity to step away from the noise, gather in supportive community, and reconnect with the steadiness within you. Through guided reflection, gentle practices, and meaningful conversation, we’ll create space to slow down, share honestly, and remember that none of us are navigating these challenges alone.

Together we will:
  • Take a break from the constant demands of daily life
  • Connect with other women in a spirit of care and solidarity
  • Reground ourselves for what’s next
  • Release stress and begin to renew as we step into Spring
You don’t need to have answers. You don’t need to have it all together. Just come as you are. You’ll leave feeling a little lighter, a little steadier, and most importantly a lot more connected both to yourself and to a community of women who are in this moment together.

Pricing: $199/person (includes lunch), $50 of each fee will go towards mutual aid that directly benefits our neighbors in need

Deadline to Register: Monday, April 13
